When will I see my discount?

You will see your discount applied to your order in a follow up email once your order has been submited.

How do we choose our travel dates?

When choosing a travel package you will be sent a confimation email that your order has been placed. A flow up email will be sent asking what dates of travel you are looking for.

Can we cancel our order?

Orders can only be canceled if you haven't submited the dates of travel in the follow up email.

Can Adventure Travel help plan a custom trip?

Adventure Travel would be more than happy to assist you in planning a trip that we don't offer.

What happens if we run into an issue on our trip?

If an issue arrises durring your travels, feel free to call or email us about your issues. We will work with the company you are experiencing issues with to resolve your issue.
